Inspired by Chopin’s masterful “Aeolian Harp” Etude, Opus 25, No. 1, this piece teaches similar techniques in miniature. The right hand carries a long melody in its upper fingers while both the right hand’s lower fingers and the left hand rustle with dense harmony below. A dramatic, showstopping recital piece.
